Governor Blanco announces executive orders

BATON ROUGE, LA-Governor Kathleen Babineaux Blanco announces the following Executive Orders:

• Executive Order No. KBB 2006-51- for a bond allocation to the Louisiana Local Government Environmental Facilities and Community Development Authority.
• Executive Order No. KBB 2006-52- for inmate labor for construction of animal shelters.
